6-Days Zanzibar Spice Tour

At 9:00 in the morning, the Stone Town City Tour begins, offering a journey through Zanzibar's rich historical and architectural heritage spanning centuries. Highlights include a visit to the former slave market site, now transformed into an Anglican church since 1871, the bustling town market, Zanzibar Memorial Museum, House of Wonder (Beit-Al-Ajab) constructed in 1883, the Old Arab Fort, Palace Museum, and the Old Indian Dispensary (Cultural Center), concluding at the Maruhubi Palace Ruins via Living Stone House.

At 2:00 in the afternoon, you'll head to the Jozani Forest Tour to encounter the captivating red Colobus Monkeys, explore the natural forest, and wander through the mangrove forest to observe the diverse underwater marine life. Dinner and overnight accommodation will be provided at your hotel.

At 9:00 in the morning, embark on the Spice Tour. This excursion offers an opportunity to explore and taste the tropical fruits and various spices cultivated across the island. You'll encounter a diverse range of spice plants used for decoration, medicinal purposes, and as ingredients in local dishes. Additionally, you'll visit the Kidichi Bath, constructed in 1850 by the first Sultan for his wife, Sheharzad, who was the granddaughter of Fateh Ali Shah of Persia.

At 2:00 in the afternoon, enjoy a trip to Prison Island for the Boat Tour, known as the home of the Aldabra Giant Tortoises. Surrounded by a stunning beach and reef sanctuary, the island offers perfect conditions for swimming, snorkeling, and beach relaxation before returning to Stone Town.

At 8:45 in the morning, embark on the Safari Blue trip for a full day of sailing, snorkeling, and sunbathing aboard a traditional dhow, complete with a seafood barbecue. Departing from Fumba, you'll journey through Menai Bay, known for frequent dolphin sightings. After dropping anchor at Kwale Sandbank, you can snorkel among the coral reefs. At Kwale Island, indulge in a buffet featuring grilled fish, lobster, calamari, chicken, and coconut rice. The boat will then take you to a stunning natural lagoon for swimming before the day ends. At 5:00 in the afternoon, transfer to your hotel on the North or East coast hotel fro overnight stay and dinner.

Today you will spend the whole day relaxing on the beach, enjoying and sharing a real experience of Zanzibar Island, until you get back to your hotel for dinner and an overnight stay.
